1. Surface we

absorption thickness expansion rate refers to the increase in the water
absorption thickness of the base layer after the laminate floor is immersed in
25 ℃ water for a period of time, expressed in %. The greater the expansion rate,
the greater the decrease in the strength of the floor after being damp, and
there will be surface protrusions or even fall off, which will seriously affect
the service life. The water absorption thickness expansion rate of various
commercially available brands can differ by more than ten times. 2. Surface
impact resistance: That is, the impact test is performed on the floor by the
prescribed method. The diameter of the pit left after the impact is the basis
for the impact performance. The smaller the diameter, the better the impact
resistance and the longer the service life. The thickness of the wear-resistant
layer of the laminate floor is above 0.1 mm, and the thickness can reach 0.7 mm.
3. Formaldehyde emission: According to GB18580-2001, the laminate flooring is a
product that can be used directly indoors, so its formaldehyde emission must
reach E1 level, that is, ≤1.5mg/L. In addition to this, there are indicators
such as static bending strength, internal bonding strength, density, moisture
content, and bonding strength. When selling, it should clearly indicate its wear
resistance grade and formaldehyde limit grade. The above are the three
